GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT FOR WORLD’S LARGEST KAMEHAMEHA KICKS OFF DRAGON BALL WORLD ADVENTURE AT SAN DIEGO COMIC CON

The 2019 Dragon Ball World Adventure is upon us and it will launch in the biggest way possible. Toei Animation, Funimation, and Bluefin is teaming up to set an earth-shattering Guinness World Record. On the opening day of the Dragon Ball World Adventure tour during San Diego Comic Con, an attempt of the largest gathering of people simultaneously performing the Kamehameha attack will take place!

We invite fans to come out and be a part of this historic record on Wednesday, July 17 at 3:30pm PST on the Marriott Marina Terrace at the Marriott Marquis San Diego. There is no better way to kick-off the ultimate Dragon Ball experience than this! In addition to being a part of history, the first 1,000 participants who show up to the venue will receive a free scouter from the franchise. Alongside hundreds of potential participants, the legendary English voice of Goku, Sean Schemmel, will be on hand to host and lead this major event.  Representatives from Guinness World Records will also be present to validate the record. Badges are not required to participate in this event and Dragon Ball cosplay is not required, but strongly encouraged.

After this spectacular kick-off, fans can fully immerse themselves into the world of Dragon Ball in this World Tour event. There will be interactive kiosks featuring Dragon Ball video games from Bandai Namco such as Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, Dragon Ball FighterZ, and more. The tour will also feature interactive displays, exclusive collectibles, a GIF photo booth with four animated Dragon Ball backgrounds, and more. Find more details about the 2019 Dragon Ball World Adventure on the official website.

After San Diego, the tour continues around the world to locations in New York, Mexico, Germany, Spain, China, and Japan.
